But what if it were to happen at night time when everybody is asleep? Who would set up the flood protection barriers? An automated system would be the best option for such a scenario. The barrier would be programmed such that a single touch of a button can set it up.

Also its sensor can detect the rising water. Also, the complete reliability and barriers must be setup discreetly in keeping with the surroundings.

Single System

A single system can protect openings as wide as 12m while multiple systems can be linked with intermediate posts to create a flood defense run of almost any length. Depending on span, flood defense heights of up to 2m are available. Movement and weight sensors prevent the barriers from closing in if the entrance is obstructed while optional audio/visual alarms sound prior to and during operation.

Benefits of Flip-up Barriers

Barriers of this type is fully hidden when not in use, to avoid restrictions. Theses flip-up barriers can be operated automatically with no restrictions to openings or access. Also, the installation of these barriers do not require deep excavations. They are also resistant to vandalism and dead stops activated by movement sensors.
